Digital accessibility was a design requirement.
Optimization Tool : Initial accessibility optimization was performed with the support of Artificial Intelligence tools and assistants from the website's Developer Platform, to ensure contrast and semantic correction.
Alternative Text (Alt Text): All visual content on the site (flat photos, icons, and badges) has descriptive Alt Text, assisting screen reader users.
Contrast and Navigation: The color palette meets minimum contrast requirements, and the Headings (H1/H2) structure allows for efficient keyboard navigation.
Declaration of Partial Conformity and Physical Limitations
Full accessibility to the site may depend on third-party functionalities (Google Maps, DSR forms), and physical access to the property has limitations inherent to its construction.
3.1. Mobility Restrictions in the Apartment (Risk Warning)
The building has excellent access to the entrance and common areas, but the apartment is not wheelchair accessible.
Door Openings : The apartment's entrance door has an opening of 80 cm; the bathroom door has a smaller opening of only 60 cm.
Bathroom: The bathroom uses a curtained shower enclosure and does not have grab bars or adapted structures.
Building: The building's elevators do not have loudspeakers announcing the floors. Access to the pool area is facilitated only from the first floor; access to the pool itself or to the second floor is via stairs and is not facilitated.
3.2. Guidelines for Guests with Mobility Restrictions
To ensure your safety and comfort, if the reservation is for a wheelchair user or someone with severe mobility restrictions, we request that other fully adapted accommodation options be considered . The apartment can comfortably accommodate users with crutches or mild mobility restrictions, but it is not suitable for restrictions requiring ramps and doorways wider than 80 cm.
