It is super bright, has a beautiful view of the 'belo horizonte' of BH, and is in a super central location that met exactly what I needed! The check-in and check-out instructions, and how to use everything in the flat, are IMPECCABLE! Very clear and pleasant to read, plus very enlightening illustrations. There is a setup for breakfast, snacks, and small meals in the flat. I want to highlight again the good taste and quality of everything in the flat, from the decor to the utensils. We felt more like we were in a cozy little house than in a hotel! All the complimentary comments about Layla are true! Very fast, highly resolute, clear, and helpful responses—it makes a difference in the stay experience! I would like to point out that my check-in was quite late, and I was worried it wouldn't work out, but it worked OUT PERFECTLY! I REALLY liked the whole experience!

The host was VERY helpful the entire time; she already had complete guide material for using the amenities, rules, and agreements for the apartment and the building, described each item in detail, prepared in advance, and showed great proactivity. The view from the apartment window of the city is beautiful, especially in the early morning and late afternoon periods. Watching the sunset in the pool area is also sensational. I will certainly stay with her again at the next opportunity in BH :)
